DEXI Door mat

The color in the photos looks slightly different from the actual mat. Why?

Due to lighting and monitor differences, the color may vary slightly from what you see online. We recommend checking the natural color under normal room light. We strive to make photos as accurate as possible, but minor shade differences are normal.
How do I choose the right doormat size for my entryway?

Measure your doorway width first. 17"x30" & 24"x36" fit single doors. 32"x48" fits single or narrow double doors. 36"x56" suits narrow double doors. 48"x72" is for double doors.
Will this mat fit under my door without getting stuck?

Yes. At just 0.15 inches thick with a non‑slip rubber backing, this mat is designed to clear most doors easily. It won’t scrape or catch — perfect for tight‑clearance entryways.
What’s the best way to clean this door mat?

Simply use a vacuum cleaner to remove dirt and debris. Please do not machine wash it, as the woven texture and rubber backing are not designed for washing machines. Vacuuming keeps it looking fresh and clean.
How does the mat arrive? Will it have creases or folds?

It comes rolled in a box, not folded. This means no stubborn creases or wrinkles — just unroll it and place it down. The mat lays flat immediately.
